The Avenue Madison is the result of a vision for loft-style, urban living shared by husband and wife team, Sasha and Charlie Sealy.

Sister properties include The Avenue Huntsville and Belk Hudson Lofts which opened in downtown Huntsville in 2016 and 2012 respectively. The Heights opened in 2019 and is located in the Hampton Cove area. 2700 Capitol Park opened in 2014 and is located in downtown Tuscaloosa.
